Cookshop
& Housewares Association Management Committee
This Committee exists
to guide and promote the development of Cookshop and Housewares specialist retailers.
Its activities range from organising special deals with suppliers, and putting
together Independents Days’ for retailers, to producing personalised mail-order
catalogues for the independent Cookshop, and there’s lots in between.

Legal And Parliamentary Affairs Committee
This committee meets regularly
to monitor new legislation, and to interpret and guide members as to their obligations.
It ensures that legislation considers the needs of members. Through this commitee
the organisation is involved in consultation enabling it to help shape new legislation.
In addition it acts as a conduit for advance warnings of new developments likely
to affect members, and so assists both the Information Office and the work of
Hardware Today.
